Below is the terms and condition to return the products:

• Production damage (broken zipper, loose button, etc)
• Wrong size (too small or too big)
• Wrong item

Return & Exchange Process

• Email to support@danarhadistore.co.id with this format:
  Name
  Address
  Order number
  Reason of returning
• Once we receive your email, we will immediately respond it and send you the returning form.
• Once you receive the returning form, please fill the form, print it, and send it together with the returning products.
• Send your returning products to:
  Rumah Batik Danar Hadi
  Jl. Melawai Raya no. 69 - 70, Jakarta Selatan
• We will immediately check your returning products. This process will take up to 5 working days.
  We will send the new products to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

• You should create a request within maximum 7 working days after you receive the product.
• The refund and exchanging items will be processed at least within 7 working days after we receive the returning items.
• Products have to remain unused and unwashed along with the product tags.
• We will not accept the items if we find them damaged, stained, deformed. We will immediately return to customers.
• If the products that you want to exchange are currently out of stock, you can exchange them with different products but the same price.
• The exchange shipping cost will be fully covered by us if you return to us because of point 1 and 3 at the return and replacement term and conditions.
