Shipping Method
We use JNE (www.jne.co.id) for domestic shipping all over Indonesia. JNE offers Economical, Regular, and Fast Service.
We use EMS Pos Indonesia (www.ems.posindonesia.co.id) for international shipping.
Domestic
For Jakarta and Tangerang area:
Estimated delivery time 1-2 working days after shipment.
Outside Jakarta and Tangerang:Estimated delivery time 2-5 working days after shipment
NOTE: delay might occur during public holidays.
Shipping Fee
Customer will be charged shipping fee depends on the weight of every product if the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg.
Shipping Reminder
- We use JNE for domestic shipping all over Indonesia. JNE offers a few selection of delivery services: CTC, OKE, Reguler, and YES.
- We only process your order on working days (Monday to Friday). We ship everyday except on Sundays. All confirmed order on Saturday, Sunday, or any national holiday, will be processed on the next working day.
- We will process the products 1 x 24 hours after we received payment confirmation for payment by bank transfer.
- We will process the products maximum 2 x 24 hours for payment by credit card and doku wallet.
- We don’t responsible for any risks of loss of the goods after JNE delivers to the designated address
- We don’t responsible if JNE can’t deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, mistaken address, or mistaken recipient’s name.
- You always track you order on our website, JNE website (http://www.jne.co.id/home.php), and you can also contact JNE Customer Service (021-29278888).
- If there are any shipping errors coming from us, we will give free shipping to customers.
